Koi Loop privacy policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

This policy explains what data the Koi Loop game uses and why. Koi Loop is made by Riverra Games, part of Riverra Labs LLP, Hyderabad, India. Contact: hello@riverralabs.com

What the game stores on your device

Your best score, petals, unlocked koi and ponds, settings and privacy choices are saved on your device only. We do not run game servers and we do not receive this data. Deleting the app deletes it.

Ads

The Android and iPhone versions are free and show ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads). To show ads, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud, Unity and its ad partners may collect:

  • your device’s advertising ID

  • device and app information, such as model, operating system and language

  • IP address and approximate location

  • ad views, taps and rewarded video results

  • crash and diagnostic data

Your choices

  • When you first open the game, you choose personalized or non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings, Privacy options.

  • If you live in the US, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in the same place.

  • On iPhone, the game asks before it tracks you. You can change this in iOS Settings.

  • You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

Web version

The web version runs on CrazyGames. It shows no banner ads and keeps your progress in your browser. CrazyGames’ privacy policy applies there: https://www.crazygames.com/privacy-policy

Children

Koi Loop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child’s data was collected, email us and we will help remove it.

Legal bases (EEA and UK)

We rely on your consent for personalized ads. We rely on legitimate interests for non-personalized ads, fraud prevention and keeping the game working.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Game progress stays on your device. For data held by Unity, use the options in Unity’s privacy policy, or email us and we will pass your request on. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

How long data is kept

Data on your device stays until you delete the app or clear its data. Unity and its partners keep data as described in their own policies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date.
